The Space and Oceans Unified Sustainability and Systems Ad Hoc Council was co-founded by Karen Earle Lile and David Sandy December 8, 2025 with the initial Council members listed on this letterhead, exploring the potential of a Guild of Space Professionals along the path to City of London Livery Company. Since that time, gathering support has established that there is active interest in forming a Guild of Space Professionals, which would be on the path to Company and then to Livery Company in the City of London Livery Company traditions that date back to ancient times.
